The RAPS Youth Racing League is for any and all children ages 8-14 who are interested in participating. Drivers are placed in classifications based on age, experience, and ability.
The 2009/2010 Winter league will be held on Sundays from 10:00am - 2:00pm. The league will consist of 8 points races, 2 optional practices, and an endurance race. Drivers interested in racing in the RHP classification for the first time must attend a try-out session. To schedule a try-out session, contact either Chris Colangelo or Jeff Hammerstein.

Drivers earn championship points based on their finish in the final heat. Points go towards a season championship.
All interested youth are welcome regardless of experience.
PREREQUISITE: Participants must have had the RushHour Kart Handling Course, or they must take the RAPS Youth Prep Course. RAPS Youth Prep Courses last from 8:30 am to noon. Class space is limited, so drivers must pre-register for the class.
Class Dates: September 19th October 3rd October 10th
All drivers must attend a pre-season practice on October 17th. Returning RAPS Youth drivers need to attend practice from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. During the league competitions, racers will participate in at least thirty minutes of racing time each week. Their finishing position will earn them points towards the RAPS Youth Racing League Championship.
